We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our first-ever Mentorship Program. Feedback from the programme took place at flagship IR Society 2023 Annual Conference. The programme required a formal application by both mentors and mentees through an IRSSA managed process which resulted in three experienced mentors being matched with four eager mentees.

 

Vaessa Rech from Keyter Rech Investor Solutions, who served as a mentor, and mentee Rachel Chauke have provided positive feedback on their experience and strongly supported the initiative urging others to take advantage of the opportunity for mentors to give back and mentees to learn. This program’s success is a testament to the strength of the IRSSA platform, and we are eager to continue our mission to drive excellence in Investor Relations and improve the efficiency of our capital markets.
