Tanya is a corporate finance executive and director of Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors, having joined Java Capital in 2013. She is an admitted attorney having completed her articles at one of the large law firms in Johannesburg before electing to specialise in company secretarial work. Tanya has more than 8 years’ experience as a company secretary and legal advisor, and has been company secretary for a number of listed companies.

The advisory role and regulatory function performed by JSE sponsors is integral to effective communication of important information to the market.
