Head: Corporate Broking RMB

Sam joined RMB in May 2019 to start the Corporate Broking offering for RMB. Prior to joining RMB, Sam was Head of Corporate Broking for Deutsche Bank South Africa. Sam has 22 years of Investment Banking experience with extensive experience in Corporate Broking, ECM and M&A. Her primary focus is to ensure that the Bank delivers the Corporate Broking offering to its key clients, acting as the conduit between corporate and the equity capital markets.

Some of her key Corporate Broking clients include Pepkor, Old Mutual, Sappi, Spar, TFG, MultiChoice, OUTsurance and Life Healthcare A few transactions in recent years include Pepkor’s ABO, offering Corporate Broking support to Pepkor’s Avenida Acquisition and TFG’S Rights Offer.
