Paul has three decades of investment banking experience, primarily at Rothschild where he remains a Senior Adviser, and is currently Director of Investment & Business Development, Africa for Inchcape.

Paul built successful businesses for Cazenove in the UK (2001-2005), and for Rothschild in the UK (2005-2008), the Middle East & India (2008-2012) and Benelux and Nordic regions (2012-16), as well as not-for-profit enterprises: the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) Middle East; ACT East Africa; and the Middle East Investor Relations Society where he is Chairman Emeritus.
